Refund policy

Returns

We hope you are happy with your Marquee Vega order. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To start a return, contact us at support@marqueevega.uk or through our Contact page. Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will send return instructions and the return address once your request has been accepted.

For a standard return under our 30-day policy, items should be returned unworn, unwashed, with original tags where supplied, and in their original condition. You may inspect and try on an item as you would in a shop. This policy does not limit any statutory rights that apply to your order.

Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions. We cannot accept responsibility for items sent to an address that we have not provided for your return.

Cancellation Rights For UK Online Orders

For most online purchases, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your item, even if it is not faulty. Tell us that you wish to cancel within that period, then return the item within 14 days of telling us.

If you exercise this legal cancellation right, we will refund the price paid for the item and the cost of standard delivery where required by law. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we refund only the standard delivery cost.

Return Postage

For a standard return or size exchange, you are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.

If an item is faulty, damaged or sent in error, contact us before returning it. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate return instructions. This does not affect your legal rights.

Refunds

After we receive your return, we will inspect it and let you know the outcome. Where a refund is due under your legal cancellation rights, we will make it within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof that it has been sent back, whichever happens first. Refunds are made to the original payment method unless we agree otherwise with you.

For returns made under the wider 30-day Marquee Vega policy, we aim to process approved refunds promptly after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a replacement may be sent if the requested size is available. If the requested size is unavailable, we will process a refund. Delivery timing for an exchange follows the current delivery estimate shown at checkout.
